- Fully equipped machine shop for the fabrication
of high and normal precision machined parts. Like any good shop,
we have experience with nearly all metals and alloys, plastics, and
some real odd balls.
- Only the facility and the equipment are new, the
programmers and journeymen are not. Our machine shop personnel average
15 years of experience each.
- The quality standard we hold ourselves to is that
of any other first tier domestic shop.
- Full metrology capabilities.
- Electronic data exchange. We are able to accept
SolidWorks, iges, dwg/dxf, and any other common electronic file formats.
- We utilize an experienced local plating
shop for any needed finish.
- We have a large inventory of plate, bar, and round
stock to meet quick turn delivery requirements.
